East Vancouver active listings and sales
As of Dec. 14, 2009 there are currently 449 active listings of single detached homes in East Vancouver. The price range is from $429,000 for a small house in the Grandview area to $1,738,000 for a large 4000 sf home in the Fraserview area.To date for the month of December we have seen 20 sales of detached single family homes ranging in price from $559,000 in the Renfrew area to just over a million dollars in the Knight street area.
For the same period there are currently 444 townhouses and condo’s on the market in East Vancouver.The price range is from $179,000 for a small condo just over 400sf In the Mount Pleasant area to $1,590,000 for a large 1250sf condo in the Fraser Area.To date we have seen 15 sales of townhouses and condo’s in East Vancouver starting from $135,000 for a leaky condo to $825,000 for a 1500sf highrise apartment in Mount Pleasant.
