Moving from Winnipeg
Spoke to a gentleman from Winnipeg who is nearing retirement and researching his options. One option he spoke to me about was selling and moving to Richmond, BC. He wanted to know about real estate values here.
Also met a couple in Burnaby who are planning to sell after Christmas from their house, with finished basement, to an apartment in Metrotown or Vancouver.
