Looking for an apartment
Spoke with a couple yesterday who are long time clients of mine. They had called me to visit them and discuss helping their son with the purchase of an apartment in Richmond or New Westminster.
After this appointment, I went to visit another past client to wish her a Merry Christmas. She and her daughter have decided it's time to sell her condominium in the new year.
I feel that real estate in British Columbia, or should I say, the Vancouver area looks to continue its robust activity in 2010.
