Recent sales in Richmond for the month of November:
Lots of people getting cozy in their new homes for the holidays!!!!
Single Family Homes sold in richmond area last month were 113!!! The lowest was sold at an incredible $594,900 and the higest went for $2,590,000.
Townhouses were less last month with only 63 sold. The lowest at a very affordable $239,900 and the hightest at $988,000.
The winner this month would be condo sales at 116 units sold!!! With the lowest at an unbelievable steal at $115,000 and the highest at $739,000....
